- Placing Orders & Payment Methods
- Orders can be placed through:
- Online: Add items to your cart and proceed with checkout.
- Email: Send order details to sales@hengrythm.comwith your company information.
- Phone: Call us at +60 12-475 3875 (Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- WhatsApp: Contact us for order placement and inquiries.
- Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:
- Orders can be placed through:
- For local customers:
- Bank transfer
- Giro transfer
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
- For international customers: Visa, Mastercard, and Wire Transfer.
- All payments must be completed before processing and shipping the order.
- Some products do not have listed prices. Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email for pricing information and further action.
- Order Cancellation Policy
- To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via email or phone. However, cancellation is NOT possible if:
- Manufacturing of the product has already started.
- The item has been shipped from our supplier or warehouse.
- If the cancellation request is accepted, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred (if applicable).

- Domestic Shipment
- Free shipping is available for all orders within Malaysia via GDex.
- International Shipment
- Customers are responsible for tariffs, duties, and import taxes in their respective countries.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for international shipments due to unawareness of these fees.
- Unpaid taxes or import duties will be charged to the customer’s account.
- Expedited Shipping
- Customers can request DHL expedited shipping, subject to additional charges.
- Orders must be received by 10.00a.m Malaysia time for same-day processing.

- In-stock products will be shipped within 14 business days.
- Backordered items will be updated with an estimated shipping time.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, including manuals and accessories.
- Custom orders (e.g., Testo Transmitter/Flow Meter) are non-returnable.
- International sales are non-refundable and non-returnable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns will be inspected within 14 days, and refunds will be processed within another 14 days.
- Shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

- If an item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
