Welcome to Hengrythm Sdn. Bhd. 

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website www.hengrythm.com and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. General Terms 
    • Hengrythm Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg No: 202201047794 (1493491-D)) is a Malaysia-based company specializing in test tools and related equipment. 
    • Our registered address is: 1-21-01, Suntech @ Penang Cybercity (2265), Lintang Mayang Pasir 3, 11950 Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. 
    • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  2. Placing Orders & Payment Methods 
    • Orders can be placed through: 
      • Online: Add items to your cart and proceed with checkout. 
      • Email: Send order details to sales@hengrythm.comwith your company information. 
      • Phone: Call us at +60 12-475 3875 (Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 5:00 PM). 
      • WhatsApp: Contact us for order placement and inquiries.
      • Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods: 
  1. For local customers:
    • Bank transfer
    • Giro transfer
    • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard). 
  2. For international customers: Visa, Mastercard, and Wire Transfer. 
    • All payments must be completed before processing and shipping the order. 
    • Some products do not have listed prices. Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email for pricing information and further action.
  3. Order Cancellation Policy 
    • To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately via email or phone. However, cancellation is NOT possible if: 
      • Manufacturing of the product has already started. 
      • The item has been shipped from our supplier or warehouse. 
    • If the cancellation request is accepted, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred (if applicable).
  4. Shipping & Delivery 
    • Domestic Shipment 
      • Free shipping is available for all orders within Malaysia via GDex. 
    • International Shipment 
      • Customers are responsible for tariffs, duties, and import taxes in their respective countries. 
      • We do not accept returns or refunds for international shipments due to unawareness of these fees. 
      • Unpaid taxes or import duties will be charged to the customer’s account. 
    • Expedited Shipping 
      • Customers can request DHL expedited shipping, subject to additional charges.
      • Orders must be received by 10.00a.m Malaysia time for same-day processing. 
  1. Processing Time 
    • In-stock products will be shipped within 14 business days.
    • Backordered items will be updated with an estimated shipping time. 
    • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. 
  2. Delivery Terms 
    • Delivery terms may vary depending on the product. Customers must contact us via WhatsApp or email for further details.
  3. Return & Refund Policy Our return & refund policy follows the guidelines set out on our Return & Refund Policy Page. Below is a summary of key points:
    • Return Eligibility 
      • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. 
      • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, including manuals and accessories. 
      • Custom orders (e.g., Testo Transmitter/Flow Meter) are non-returnable. 
      • International sales are non-refundable and non-returnable.
    • Return Process 
      • Contact sales@hengrythm.comto initiate a return. 
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
      • Returns will be inspected within 14 days, and refunds will be processed within another 14 days. 
      • Shipping fees and restocking charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
    • Defective or Incorrect Items 
      • If an item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 
      • Proof of defect (photos or videos) must be submitted to sales@hengrythm.com. For full details, refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
  1. Warranty Policy 
    • Warranty Period
      • Most products are covered by a 12-month warranty. Some products may have an extended 24-month warranty. • The warranty period starts from the shipment date.
    • Warranty Coverage 
      • Covers defects in materials or workmanship. 
      • Hengrythm will repair or replace defective items free of charge. 
      • Customers must cover inbound shipping and tax costs for warranty claims.
    • Warranty Exclusions 
      • Disposable/rechargeable batteries. 
      • Damage from improper use, physical alteration, or unauthorized repairs. 
      • Normal wear and tear or damage due to external factors (e.g., power surges, water damage).
  1. Limitation of Liability 
    • Hengrythm is not liable for: 
      • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use. 
      • Losses due to shipping delays, customs clearance issues, or product defects. 
      • Compatibility issues with third-party products or applications.
  1. Privacy Policy & Data Protection 
    • We collect personal data (name, contact details, billing/shipping information) for: 
      • Processing orders and providing customer support. 
      • Marketing promotions (only with customer consent).
  1. Payment Processing 
    • Payments are handled by Stripe Payment Gateway. We do not store your credit card details.
  2. Data Security & Retention 
    • Personal data is securely stored and not shared with third parties.

  3. Governing Law 
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
