Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Hengrythm, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- A restocking fee may apply at Hengrythm’s discretion.
- Custom-made or special-order items, such as the Voegtlin Red-y Flow Meter, are non-returnable.
- Items must be unused, in their original, unaltered packaging, and in new condition.
- Returns must include manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and original packaging materials.
- Special-order items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for return eligibility.
- Claims for missing or damaged parts must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must send the product to our warehouse.
International Orders
- Returns and refunds are not applicable for international sales.
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties and tariffs. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to customs-related fees.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return – Contact us at sales@hengrythm.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Return Shipping – Ship the item back to our warehouse at your own cost.
- Inspection & Approval –
- Returns will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in new condition and functioning correctly.
- If the item is found to be damaged or defective due to reasons not caused by Hengrythm, we reserve the right to recover our costs.
- Processing Time – Please allow 14 business days for the inspection process or based on the manufacturer’s timeline.
- Refund Processing – If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account for any pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as some financial institutions may take longer to process refunds.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at sales@hengrythm.com.
Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need an exchange for the same product, email sales@hengrythm.com and send your item to our warehouse.
Shipping Returns
- Return items to:
1-21-01, Suntech @ Penang Cybercity (2265), Lintang Mayang Pasir 3, 11950 Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
