Trend PoE Pro Cable Tester and PoE with AnyWARE Cloud
The Trend PoE Pro Cable Tester and PoE with AnyWARE Cloud enables users to install, troubleshoot, and maintain network cabling with the elimination of guesswork and proper operation documentation. Utilizing Time Domain Reflectometry (TDRv) technology, it enables fast and accurate location of opens, cable lengths, and shorts anywhere in the cable. The PoE Pro identifies network switch speeds of 100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G to test switch configuration and ensure the desired speed of the network is installed at device locations with Bluetooth and reporting capabilities.
PoE Testing
The Trend PoE Pro displays the maximum power available at the device location, including the maximum number of watts, class 0-8 Voltage, and type (af/at/bt) and 2/4 pair operation. The PoE, using its extended power test, allows the user to identify switches or injectors that may provide power that exceeds IEEE class rating. Pressing the network button for 3 seconds allows the PoE to increase power demand up to a maximum of 90 watts. The PoE Pro can determine the class of the PSE (Switch) and automatically draws the correct power required by the class.
Eliminates the need for multiple testers using the integrated RJ11/RJ12 (voice) and F-Type (video) connectors, allowing testing of most types of low voltage cables. The PoE Pro can quickly determine which media service is running over the cable, such as Ethernet, ISDN, PBX, and PoE, resulting in faster fault diagnosis.
