Trend FiberTEK IV-MM LED and SM Laser Kit
The Trend FiberTEK IV-MM LED and SM Laser Kit is designed to be used with the Trend LANTEK IV Cable Certifier and allows users to test both single-mode and multimode fiber optic data cables. It is compatible with international standards such as ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC, and the kit’s 1 and 3 jumper field calibration functions ensure ongoing accuracy.
The FiberTEK IV Kit supports bi-directional measurement and offers optional support for encircled flux testing. The module features a red laser light source to detect faults and data ports, while a separate LED flashes green when connected to the LANTEK IV and red when other light sources are detected.
With the Trend FiberTEK IV, there’s no need to manually merge directorial tests into one record, streamlining the testing process. The kit comes with supplied adaptors that support the most common connector types, including SC, FC, and ST.
The FiberTEK IV-MM LED & SM Laser Kit includes two multimode FiberTEK IV modules, two single-mode FiberTEK IV modules, a lockable carry case, six adaptors, an SC-SC patch cord, and a quick reference guide.
