The Trend FiberMASTER Fiber Optic Power Meter with 850NM Light Source 33-928 provides a simple method for measuring absolute power and calculating the loss of fiber optic links at several wavelengths. It meets Tier 1 certification requirements and is incredibly useful for troubleshooting potentially faulty equipment. The power measurements are in milliwatts (mW) and decibel-milliwatts (dBm), making it ideal for fast certification of fiber optic cabling systems on LAN networks. It can also be used with the micro-OTDR for Tier 2 certification.
