High quality videoscope with small camera diameter
The PCE-VE 1500-22190 allows detailed inspections in confined spaces and small openings without disassembly. The camera and cable are robust, with an IP67 protection rating and temperature resistance up to 80 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for use during operation without preparation. The flexible camera cable is only 2.2 mm thick and one meter long, allowing it to reach narrow pipelines, ducts, and small boreholes.

The real-time image displayed on the 7-inch display provides a clear view of the inspected object and improves orientation when moving the endoscope cable. The camera has LEDs that can be adjusted to enhance visibility. The display’s brightness, contrast, and resolution can also be adjusted. The camera is positioned at a 90-degree angle to the cable axis for optimal image sharpness at a distance of 5 to 50 mm.

The camera cable’s position and field of view can be adjusted by rotating, sliding, or retracting it. In spacious areas, the camera head can be bent in any direction using the motor-assisted joystick, with a maximum bending radius of 23 mm and a bending angle of 90 degrees. Care should be taken to avoid excessive stress on the bent cable. If resistance is encountered, the cable should not be pushed, pulled, or twisted further, but rather relieved.

Functional range and equipment of the PCE-VE 1500 series
The PCE-VE 1500 series models share the same basic device and differ only in the camera unit. Different camera cables can be easily connected, locked, and released. This allows convenient inspection and documentation of different areas without the need for an additional basic device.

A videoscope from this series weighs just over two kilograms with the camera unit and battery, making it easy to hold with one hand. The joystick and most function keys can be operated with the same hand, while the endoscope cable is manipulated with the other hand. The videoscope is equipped with attachment points for a tripod and shoulder strap to improve working conditions during longer inspections.

Motor and joystick
One of the unique features of this series is the motor-assisted bending of the camera head. The motor block, camera cable, and camera form a single unit that allows easy control of the camera’s viewing direction using the handheld joystick. This makes it easy to direct the camera to different locations near its current position.

Touchscreen functions
The videoscope features a picture-in-picture function that allows direct comparison of live images with stored ones. The touchscreen provides easy image rotation, mirroring, and the ability to insert markers and comments. It also offers quick access to menu functions and easy digital zooming. The modified images can be saved with the old or new names. The videoscope also offers various image stamps, a log function for generating reports, and interfaces for USB, HDMI, audio, WiFi, and SD memory card slot. The image format is JPG, and videos are saved in MP4 format.
