Description
PCE-TU 3 Vibration Analyzer Laser Shaft Alignment Tool
Prevent premature failure of couplings, bearings and mechanical seals
PCE-TU 3 is a vibration analyzer laser shaft alignment tool that helps with aligning rotating equipment shafts (such as electric motors and direct-coupled machines) to prevent premature failure of couplings, bearings, and mechanical seals. It also aids in detecting and correcting soft foot to avoid costly downtime.
The PCE-TU 3 alignment tool features two red laser sensors that can be fixed to a shaft. This class 2 laser system has a wavelength of 670 nm and a capacity of less than 1 mW, with a maximum radiation energy of 0.1 mJ per impulse. The class 2 laser meets applicable ANSI, BS 4803, IEC 825, and US FDA requirements.
