The ultrasonic thickness tester can measure material thicknesses up to 300 mm. To measure the thickness of different materials, the corresponding speed of sound can be stored in the tester. The device already has stored speeds for materials like steel, aluminum, zinc, silver, and gold, making it versatile and universally applicable.
The tester has a limit value function, allowing maximum and minimum values to be stored. If the measured value falls outside these limits, the tester provides visual and acoustic signals. This makes it useful in quality assurance and incoming goods inspections.
The tester has a data memory, allowing the recorded measurements to be analyzed directly on the device. The stored data is graphically displayed, and individual measuring points can be easily accessed for analysis. The average, largest, and smallest measured values are also displayed for easier analysis. The tester can be optionally equipped with an ISO calibration certificate.
