The torque gauge is used to detect the loosening torque and tighten screws. It can also be used as a monitoring instrument. The torque test instrument has a keyed chuck with two handles. It can accommodate tools with a maximum diameter of 13 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. There are two adjustable thresholds that can monitor screw rotation and provide an acoustic warning when the limits are reached. The display shows the breakaway or tightening as well as the current force profile. The sampling rate can be set up to 1000 Hz. The measurement data can be transferred to the torque gauge via the downloadable PC software or stored on the micro SD card. The test instrument is powered by AA mignon replaceable battery packs for flexible use.
