Description
The PCE-FB 2TS is an external torque sensor with a keyed chuck. It features a graphic display, PEAK function, and a maximum sampling rate of 1000 Hz. It also includes a USB interface and downloadable software.
The torque gauge is designed for detecting the loosening torque and tightening of screws. It can also be used as a monitoring instrument. It has a keyed chuck with two steady handles, allowing for a maximum tool diameter of 13 mm.
The torque gauge has two adjustable thresholds that can monitor screw rotation and provide an acoustic warning when limits are reached. It can be used without visual contact due to the display showing the breakaway or tightening and the current force profile. The sampling rate can be individually set up to 1000 Hz. Measurement data can be transferred to the torque gauge via downloadable PC software or stored on the micro SD card.
The torque gauge is powered by AA mignon replaceable battery packs, offering flexible use.
