The torque gauge is used for detecting the loosening torque and tightening screws. It can also be used as a monitoring instrument. The torque test instrument has a keyed chuck with two steady handles.
The torque gauge can handle tools with a maximum diameter of 13 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It has adjustable thresholds that can monitor screw rotation and provide an acoustic warning when the limits are reached. The display shows the breakaway or tightening as well as the current force profile. The sampling rate can be set up to 1000 Hz. Measurement data can be transferred to the supplied PC software or stored on the micro SD card. The torque gauge is powered by replaceable AA batteries for flexible use.
