Description
Torque meter PCE-DFG N 5TW is a device designed for measuring torque up to 5 Nm. It comes with an external torque transducer that has a 1/2″ square socket. The torque measurements can be performed in both directions of rotation. The torque meter has a graphic display and a sampling rate of 1600 Hz, allowing it to reliably detect the first and maximum torsional moment peaks. It also has a PEAK function and a hold function. The torque meter can be operated using a power adapter or batteries. The package includes PC software for more detailed analysis of the torsional forces. The torque measuring device has an error limit of 0.5% of the measuring range.
The torque wrench tester consists of a handheld measuring device and an external torque transducer. The torsion transducer is connected to the hand-held device via a 1.5 m / 4.9 ft long cable, allowing for installation in a test stand or direct assembly on a test bench.
The torque measuring device is delivered pre-calibrated, so the control measurements can be started immediately. An optional calibration certificate is available for the torque measuring device, serving as proof of the measurement accuracy. The measurement uncertainty of the torque measuring device is only 0.5% of the measuring range. This device is commonly used as a reference for testing and adjusting static torque tools.
