Description
Torque meter up to 10 Nm / External torque transducer 1/2″ internal square / Graphic display / PEAK function / Sampling rate max. 1600 Hz / Incl. Software
The torque wrench tester consists of a handheld measuring device and an external torque transducer. The torsion transducer is connected to the hand-held device via a 1.5 m / 4.9 ft long cable and thus enables installation in a test stand or direct assembly on a test bench.

The torque measuring device is delivered adjusted so that the control measurements can be started immediately. Optional calibration certificate is available for the torque measuring device to ensure measurement accuracy. The measurement uncertainty of the torque measuring device is only 0.5% of the measuring range. The torque measuring device is therefore used as a reference device for testing and adjusting static torque tools. A screw latch is essential for dynamic torques.
The torque transducer has a 1/2″ square socket and can perform the torsion measurements in both directions of rotation. With a sampling rate of 1600 Hz, the torque meter reliably detects the first and the maximum torsional moment peak (PEAK). The release moment (“click”) is shown separately in the display and can be manually or automatically deleted after a set time has elapsed. The torque measuring device has freely adjustable alarm values to warn of overload if the torque tool does not trigger itself. The PC software included in the scope of delivery allows for a more detailed analysis of the torsional forces.
Torque wrench is a tool that accurately carries out tasks such as screws and nuts tightening. It surpasses common wrenches and is particularly recommended for sensitive materials to prevent damage from excessive stress. With the torque wrench, the user can ensure sufficient power and reliable construction with precise measurement. It finds applications in automotive industry, shipbuilding, construction, and repair tasks. Proper tightening is crucial to minimize risks of breakage and failure of equipment and parts with tightened screws.
Excessive or insufficient tightening can lead to serious problems, from spoilage of parts to dangerous accidents. The level of tightening is determined by the manufacturer and should not be neglected. Torque wrench allows compliance with manufacturer requirements, especially for repair and maintenance.

Working with torque wrench requires attention and proper adjustment. With the help of the torque wrench tester, operators can calibrate and adjust the tool for specific tasks. Modern models are equipped with various functions, including sound notification for challenging conditions with limited visibility.
As with any instrument, the torque wrench must be calibrated and checked before use. Torque wrench meter helps keep the tool in the best condition and determine if another model with a different range is needed. The force/torque units used for measurement are also important and should be calibrated accordingly.
The torque wrench tester also helps detect and avoid residual torque after tightening. Digital tools allow for quick measurements and evaluation on a computer, eliminating the need for approximate evaluation of applied force.
Digital torque wrench tester is an accurate instrument that points out errors and facilitates regular quality monitoring in production and service.
