The torque meter for drinking bottles is designed to measure the torque of screw caps on drinking bottles and similar containers. This measurement is essential to ensure proper closure of the containers, preventing premature food spoilage. Therefore, it is particularly important in the food industry.
Whether used in the laboratory or in production, the torque meter’s turntable can hold samples with diameters ranging from 20 to 200 mm. The crank attached to the side allows for easy and quick mounting of samples.
Various functions are available for analysis, including real-time display of measured values and peak value (PEAK) display.
The torque meter can be connected directly to a PC via the USB interface. The accompanying software allows for graphical and tabular representation of the measurement process, as well as retrieval and processing of stored data.
Measurement data can be printed out using the integrated printer on the side of the torque meter. The option to limit memory locations when printing is also available.
