Description
Torque meter for drinking bottles for sample sizes up to 200 mm (7.9 in)
Software for analysis
Left and right direction of rotation
Rubberized holder device
Statistical evaluation
The torque meter for drinking bottles is designed to determine the torque of screw caps on drinking bottles and similar containers. This measurement is important to ensure proper closure of the containers, as improperly closed containers can lead to premature rotting of the contents. Therefore, this measurement method is particularly necessary in the food industry.
Whether used in the laboratory or in production, the torque meter for drinking bottles can hold samples with a diameter between 20 and 200 mm. A crank allows for stepless and flexible adjustment of the transducer, making it quick and easy to mount samples.
The torque meter for drinking bottles offers various functions for analysis. Current measured values can be displayed, as well as the peak value (PEAK).
The torque meter for drinking bottles has a USB interface for direct connection to a PC. The software can be used to display and process the measurement data, including a graphical and tabular representation of the measurement process.
The recorded measurement data can also be printed out using the integrated printer on the side of the torque meter. The option to limit memory locations when printing is available to prevent printing all memory locations at once.
