PCE-CT 5000H Thickness Gauge
The PCE-CT 5000H is a non-destructive coating and dry film thickness (DFT) measuring device designed for use on both ferrous (Type F) and non-ferrous (Type N) metal substrates.
The PCE-CT 5000H automatically detects the type of metal being measured and uses magnetic induction for ferrous metals and eddy current for non-ferrous metals to take accurate measurements. It is suitable for measuring coating thicknesses on materials such as steel and aluminum.
This thickness gauge is commonly used for testing painted and powder-coated surfaces, automotive paint inspection, coated material testing, and manufacturing quality control. It has programmable alarm limits to alert the user when a coating is too thick or too thin.
