PCE-RT 10 Roughness Tester is capable of measuring within the Ra and Rz range. It features an LCD display with background light and a sensor made of diamond which operates on the induction principle.
The Roughness Tester PCE-RT 10 is a compact and lightweight device that offers simple navigation. Despite its highly complex functionality, it provides quick and easy measurement results. The device is built to be durable, ensuring a long lifespan. It is calibrated according to ISO, DIN, ABSI, and JIS standards, making it suitable for various mechanical manufacturing processes as a control device. The LCD display constantly shows the calculated measurement results. To measure surface roughness, simply place the sensor on the surface and let it follow the guide rail while evenly sampling the surface. The device then calculates the measurement values based on the sensor’s movement induced by electricity. The fast DSP processing enables quick measurement results, which are displayed on the surface texture meter.
