Bidirectional testing possible
The Pump Calibrator is suitable for testing and setting high-efficiency pumps (HE pumps). It can be used as both an encoder and receiver of PWM signals, allowing for testing of the pump controller as well as the HE pump. PWM signals between 40-2000 Hz can be generated, and the Pump Calibrator can also simulate a 0-10 V process signal. For bidirectional HE pumps, the Pump Calibrator is capable of sending and receiving PWM signals simultaneously. Additionally, the Pump Calibrator displays the volume flow or pump status.
The set-points and actual values are visualized on the illuminated LC display. The lightweight and compact design of the HE tester make it convenient for storage in any tool case. This makes the Pump Calibrator a reliable test device for installers of heating and ventilation systems. The Pump Calibrator comes with 3 x 1.5 V batteries and is protected according to IP54.
