The paint thickness tester is used for quickly and accurately detecting layer thicknesses on metals. Unlike many other thickness testers, this paint thickness tester does not require differentiating between ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Its small and compact design allows for one-hand operation. Despite its small size, the paint thickness tester has a measuring range of 1500 µm and an accuracy of ± (3% + 1 µm).
The measured values can be displayed in µm, mm, and mils on the paint thickness tester. Additionally, the paint thickness tester can determine the smallest, largest, and mean values from a series of measurements. It also features an automatic shut-off function.
