The paint thickness tester is equipped with a Bluetooth interface that allows data to be transferred to a mobile iOS or Android device. The data can be exported in various formats such as CSV, PDF, or TXT file. The free app provides a live view and analysis of the measured values.
In addition to the Bluetooth interface, the paint thickness tester also has a micro USB interface. This interface enables data transfer to a PC for further analysis. Furthermore, the paint thickness tester can be powered directly through this interface, eliminating the need for batteries. This feature ensures that measurements can be taken even when the battery charge is low.
