Integrated data storage
The paint gauge is a device used to measure the thickness of coatings (such as varnishes, paints, plastics) on steel/iron and non-ferrous metals without causing damage. The gauge has an external sensor which allows for easy measurement of hard-to-reach areas. Adjusting and setting new parameters is simple with the menu navigation system of the gauge, making it an essential tool for control measurements in production, workshop, and quality assurance.
In addition to accurately assessing accident damage on vehicles, the paint gauge is also useful for incoming and outgoing inspections, as well as material testing in the industrial sector. The gauge’s design, along with its external sensor, allows for rapid and precise measurement results. It can measure non-magnetic layers (paint, plastic, chrome, copper, zinc, enamel, etc.) on steel/iron, as well as non-conductive layers (paint, plastic, enamel, paper, glass, rubber, etc.) on copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum.
- For measurements on iron/steel and non-ferrous metals

- Practical V-groove on measuring heads
- Ergonomic design
- Warning message for measurements outside the maximum measuring range
- Wear-resistant, spring-mounted measuring head for precise results
