With this car measuring device, layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces can be accurately determined. The device has a measuring range of 1500 µm, making it suitable for use in paint shops, incoming goods inspection, or by experts.
The device features a Bluetooth interface, allowing all data to be transferred to a mobile iOS or Android device and exported as a CSV, PDF, or TXT file. The free app also provides a live view with analysis of the measured values.
In addition to the Bluetooth interface, the device also has a micro USB interface. This allows data to be transferred to a PC for further analysis. An important advantage of this interface is that the device can be operated without batteries, providing independence from battery charge level.
