Description
Magnetometer with a measuring range of ±60 kV DC / Battery status display / Simple operation / Earthing cable with alligator clip / Alignment via two lasers / For mobile use / Temperature and humidity measurement of the environment
Checking for electrostatic charges is crucial to prevent damage to surfaces, components, and the human body. Discharges can lead to the destruction of electronic components or even the formation of flames when flammable gases and liquids are present. The magnetometer is an effective tool for detecting such electrostatic charges. It is commonly used in ESD-protected production workshops. The measuring range of the magnetometer is ±60 kV DC.
The magnetometer can be grounded using the included alligator clip to ensure accurate measurements and prevent damage to components due to electric shocks. The lasers on the magnetometer are used for optimal alignment of the sensors.
In addition to measuring radiation, the magnetometer can also measure the ambient temperature and humidity simultaneously. It is designed for mobile use and operates on a 9 V block battery. The battery can last for a maximum of 20 hours. The current battery charge is displayed through the battery status indicator on the magnetometer.
