Description
This IoT sensor accurately determines layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces, with a measuring range of 1500 µm. It is commonly used in paint shops, for incoming goods inspection, or by experts. The Bluetooth interface allows for easy transfer of data to mobile devices, where it can be exported as a CSV, PDF, or TXT file. The free app provides a live view and analysis of the measured values.
In addition to Bluetooth, the IoT sensor also has a micro USB interface, enabling data transfer and analysis on a PC. This interface has the added advantage of allowing the IoT sensor to operate without batteries, making it independent of the battery charge level. The IoT sensor comes with calibration foils, adjustable alarm thresholds, a backlit display, and can store up to 600 measured values. Its measuring range goes up to 1500 µm. An ISO Calibration Certificate is included.
