PCE-G28 is a handheld gauss meter that can detect electromagnetic fields (EMFs) and display measurement results in milliGauss (mG) or microTesla (µT). This EMF radiation detector includes an external 3-axis electromagnetic sensor for detecting EMFs in the X, Y, and Z directions. It has a measurement range of 0 to 20000 mG / 0 to 2000 µT, with an accuracy of ± 4% + 3 digits / ± 5% + 3 digits / ± 10% + 5 digits. The resolution is 0.1 mG / 0.01 µT. This device is equipped with a data hold functionality and is considered an ideal tool for checking transformers and measuring EMFs produced by power lines, computer monitors, electric motors, and installations. It meets the standards of IEC 801-1 (EN 50081-1) / IEC 204 (EN 60204) and can measure EMFs through casings, coverings, and housings, eliminating the need for part dismantling for inspection.
