Description
The force measuring device measures both tensile forces and compressive forces with high resolution. It is commonly used in test laboratories. The force gauge comes with an external measuring cell connected to the device by a 6 m long sensor cable. The force measuring device or measuring cell has an M20 thread mount to apply the forces.
The force measuring device has a sampling rate of up to 1600 Hz. The measured values are displayed as instant values and in a graphical measurement curve on the force measuring device. The measurements can be stored internally or transferred via USB interface with the included software at a maximum rate of 800 Hz. The force measuring device has a graphic LCD that displays the measured values numerically and graphically. It is protected against harsh industrial environments with an IP54 rating.
The force measuring device allows users to set and continuously compare two limit values with the current value. If the limit values are exceeded or not reached, a signal appears on the display and external interfaces can be used to control a testing machine.
