The force measuring device can measure both tensile and compressive forces with high resolution, making it useful in test laboratories. It comes with an external measuring cell connected to the force measuring device via a 6 m long sensor cable. The force measuring device or cell has an M20 thread mount for initiating the forces.
It has a sampling rate of up to 1600 Hz, displaying measured values instantly and in a graphical measurement curve on the device. Measurements can be stored in the internal memory or transferred via USB interface with the included software at a maximum of 800 Hz. The device has a graphic LCD for numerical and graphical display of measured values. It is also IP54 protected for use in harsh industrial environments.
The force measuring device allows the storage of two limit values for continuous comparison with the current value. If these limits are exceeded or not reached, the device displays a signal and can trigger an external reaction, such as controlling a testing machine.
