A digital force gage called PCE-DFG N 5 is available for measuring tensile and compressive forces up to 5 N. This force meter provides precise measurements with a resolution of 0.001 N. The measured values are displayed on a large, illuminated, 180° rotatable display ensuring correct reading at all times with an outstanding accuracy of ± 0.1%.
In addition to the internal storage option of 100 measured values, the force gage also includes a USB interface for data transmission. The software allows for saving the measured values on a computer for later evaluation.
The PCE-DFG N 5 is known for its user-friendly features such as a robust housing, sensible menu navigation, and simple operation with 8 keys. It is powered by batteries with a battery life of 10 hours and can be recharged using the included charger. This digital force gage is suitable for quality control in production, incoming and outgoing inspection, as well as the development and testing of safety-relevant components.
