The PCE-DD-A Durometer is an ergonomic handheld device designed for measuring Shore hardness in various non-metallic materials such as gum, plastic, elastomers, natural rubber, neoprenes, casting resin, white PVC, and leather. For materials with insufficient thickness, it can be tightened with the same material on the back to increase thickness. Calibration is not required for this device.
