The PCE-LT 12 is a versatile voltage tester designed for electricians and IT employees. It offers various measuring functions, including voltage and current measurement, network connection analysis, and telephone connection testing. Additionally, it features a cable finder function that helps locate misplaced cables quickly.
The cable finder function allows the operator to connect the voltage tester to a cable, acting as a transmitter. With the supplied receiver, the desired cable can be easily identified within a wiring harness or behind walls.
The voltage tester also includes an NCV (Not Connected Voltage) function, which checks whether a voltage is applied to a cable. This contactless measuring function alerts the operator both visually and acoustically if a voltage is detected, reducing the risk of electric shock accidents.
