The compact inspection microscope is a combination of incident light and transmitted light microscope and is specially designed to explore the world of the small things. The inspection microscope works precisely and combines a number of practical functions: it not only enlarges but also provides an optimal illumination and the digital processing of the images.
Lighting
In order to keep the objects in the right light, the inspection microscope from PCE Instruments has an incident light ring consisting of 21 LEDs. Another lighting unit in the base of the video microscope facilitates the user the transmitted light microscopy. In addition, the entire lighting of the video microscope can be set separately in five levels. The brightness of the inspection microscope can be controlled manually as well as automatically. With these two lighting methods and the extensive adjustment options of the exposure, the inspection microscope can illuminate almost every object to be analysed. The user interface can be operated via the PC mouse.
