Description
The PCE-780 is composed of an infrared thermometer and a built-in humidity meter. These two sensors allow it to measure values and determine the dew point. When the dew point is reached or exceeded, there is a risk of moisture accumulation and mold growth. The PCE-780 calculates the dew point and displays it on the high-contrast LCD screen. The alarm values can be set using the control buttons. If the surface temperatures go above or below the set values, the PCE-780 emits a warning sound and displays either a LOW or a HIGH alarm.
The PCE-780 also includes a relative value measurement function. This allows for the storage of a temperature reference point in the instrument during structural analysis. Subsequent measurements can then be evaluated as good or bad using the PCE-780’s colored bar graph. Additionally, the PCE-780 allows for the determination of the maximum, minimum, and average infrared temperatures.
The PCE-780 offers the following features:
- Infrared temperature measurement
- Air temperature and humidity measurement
- Calculation of dew point
- High contrast LCD display
- Adjustable high and low alarm
- Max, Min, Average measurement
- External temperature sensor can be connected
- Adjustable degree of emission
***ATTENTION*** Our temperature sensors are designed solely for industrial and laboratory surface temperature measurement. They are not intended or certified for body temperature measurement or medical use.
