With this Coating Thickness Meter, layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces can be reliably determined. The meter has a measuring range of 1500 µm. This means it is used, for example, in a paint shop, for incoming goods inspection, or by an expert. The data from the meter can be transferred to a mobile device and exported as a CSV, PDF, or TXT file via the Bluetooth interface. The free app also allows for live viewing and analysis of the measured values.
In addition to the Bluetooth interface, the Coating Thickness Measuring Device has a micro USB interface. All data can be transferred to the PC and analyzed via this interface. Another special feature of this interface is the ability to operate the device without batteries. This reduces dependency on battery charge level during measurement processes.
