Description
Coating thickness gauge for Fe and NFe / USB interface / Battery operation / Integrated data storage
The coating thickness gauge is a measuring device used for non-destructive measurement of coatings (such as varnishes, paints, plastics) on steel and non-ferrous metals. The externally connected sensor on the gauge allows for easy measurement of hard-to-reach areas. The menu navigation of the gauge enables quick adjustment and setting to new parameters, making it an essential tool for control measurements in production, workshops, and quality assurance.
The gauge is also useful for assessing accident damage on vehicles and conducting incoming and outgoing inspections and material testing in the industrial sector.
The ergonomically designed gauge with an external sensor provides fast and accurate measurement results. It measures non-magnetic layers (e.g. paint, plastic, chrome, copper, zinc, enamel) on steel/iron, and non-conductive layers (e.g. paint, plastic, enamel, paper, glass, rubber) on copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum.
- – For measurements on iron/steel and non-ferrous metals
- – Measurements unaffected by vibrations
- – Practical V-groove on the measuring heads
- – Ergonomic design
- – Warning for measurements outside the maximum measuring range
- – Wear-resistant, spring-mounted measuring head for precise results
