Description
Integrated Data Storage
The coating thickness gauge is a device used for the non-destructive measurement of coatings (varnishes, paints, plastics, etc.) on steel/iron and non-ferrous metals. The externally connected sensor on the gauge allows for easy measurement of hard-to-reach areas. With its user-friendly menu navigation, the gauge can be easily adjusted and set to new parameters, making it an essential tool for control measurements in production, workshop, and quality assurance.
In addition to assessing accident damage to vehicles, the gauge is also suitable for industrial applications such as incoming and outgoing inspection and material testing in production. Its ergonomic design and external sensor enable rapid measurement results with high accuracy. The gauge can measure non-magnetic layers like paint, plastic, chrome, copper, zinc, and enamel on steel/iron, as well as non-conductive layers like paint, plastic, enamel, paper, glass, rubber, etc. on copper, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum.
The gauge has the following features:
- Measurements on iron/steel and non-ferrous metals
- Measurements unaffected by vibrations
- Practical V-groove on the measuring heads
- Ergonomic design
- Warning message for measurements outside the maximum measuring range
- Wear-resistant, spring-mounted measuring head for precise measuring results
