With this Coating Thickness Gauge, layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces can be reliably determined. The gauge has a measuring range of 1500 µm, making it suitable for use in paint shops, incoming goods inspection, or by experts.
Data from the gauge can be transferred to a mobile iOS or Android device via a Bluetooth interface, and exported as a CSV, PDF, or TXT file. The free app allows for live view and analysis of the measured values.
In addition to Bluetooth, the gauge also has a micro USB interface for transferring data to a PC. The interface allows the gauge to be operated without batteries, providing flexibility during measurement processes. Along with these features, the gauge includes calibration foils, adjustable alarm thresholds, a backlit display, and can store up to 600 measured values.
