The PCE-HVAC 6 clamp meter is specifically designed for professionals working in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technology. It can accurately measure currents up to 1000 A in both DC and AC ranges using the clamp. Additionally, it can precisely determine voltages up to 600V AC/DC. The PCE-HVAC 6 clamp meter can also measure resistors and capacitors. It includes a diode test and continuity test as well. An interesting feature is its ability to measure temperature using two Type-K thermocouples. These thermocouples enable the measurement of flow and return temperature in heating systems.
Designed for everyday use, the clamp meter has a sturdy plastic housing that can withstand shocks. The rubber coating on the housing ensures a secure grip, even when wearing gloves. The display comes with LED backlighting, making it easy to read in dark conditions. The pliers tip of the clamp meter is equipped with a measuring point illumination feature.
