With this Automotive Tester, layer thicknesses on metallic surfaces can be accurately determined. The Automotive Tester has a measuring range of 1500 µm. This means that the Automotive Tester is utilized in a paint shop, for incoming goods inspection, or by experts. Additionally, the Automotive Tester features a Bluetooth interface for transferring data to a mobile iOS or Android device. The data can be exported as a CSV, PDF, or TXT file. The free app provides a live view and analysis of the measured values.
In addition to the Bluetooth interface, the Automotive Tester is equipped with a micro USB interface. Data can also be transferred to a PC and analyzed through this interface. The Automotive Tester can be operated without batteries using this interface, making it independent of the battery charge level for many measurement processes.
